Chairman Of AIT, Dokpesi Apprehended By EFCC

Chairman of popular Nigerian TV station, Africa Independent Television (AIT), Chief Raymond Dokpesi has been apprehended by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

Dokpesi who according to reports was apprehended by EFCC over the arms purchase deal scandal which involves the former National Security Adviser, Sambo Dasuki, and also over the theft of N2.1billion from the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).
EFCC took Chief Raymond Dokpesi in for questioning this afternoon.
According to reports filed by Sahara reporters CBN was ordered by Mr Dasuki to pay N2.1billion to Chief Dokpesi.
