Chief of Army Staff Lt. Gen. Tukur Buratai says he escaped the alleged
Shiite attack on his convoy on Saturday December 12th by the will of
God.
"You want to know how I escaped? It was by the will of God that I was
able to escape from that place," he said this in an interview with
newsmen in Abuja today.
Asked for an account of what transpired during the attack, Buratai said
"I think NTA was there and they aired the clip, it was very clear. They
were violent. Definitely this is very clear. The clips are there. That
was what happened".
